System Changes:

Zer0 Cancel All characters can now press any two (2) of P/K/S to air dash or cancel out of a normal into an air dash!

Force Break (FB) A powerful move that consumes 25% tension to unleash a devastating special ability!

Aerial Dead Angle An aerial version of Dead Angle! Press forward and any two buttons while blocking in the air to perform an attack that will send the oppoent flying back!

Defense Modifier Decreased from 0.96 to 0.86.

Initial Dash Speed Raised from 3,500 to 4,500.

Walk Speed Increased from 7,875 to 8,875.

Normals:

2P Attack Level increased to level 1 on hit. Remains level 0 on block. Untechable for 17f.

2K Proration adjusted from 90% to 80%.

5K Startup lowered from 7f to 6f.

2S Startup lowered from 10f to 9f. Adjusted startup frames so that Slayer's hurtbox is retracted sooner. Reduced active frames from 9f to 7f. Total Untech times set to 17f. Gatlings into 5H.

f.S Startup lowered from 13f to 10f.

5H Startup lowered from 13f to 12f. 2H Gatling removed. Total untech time set to 33f.

2H Now vaccums 5,500 and pops the opponent up 33,000, popping them significantly higher on Counter Hit (53,750). Total untech time raised to 40f. Startup lowered from 13f to 12f. Raised the number of active frames from 2f to 5f. Recovery reduced from 25f to 18f.

j.S Gatlings into j.D.

j.H Total Untech time set from 28f to 33f.

Air Throw Increased pushback on grab from 27,500 to 17,500.

Specials:

Bloodsucking Universe Install Duration increased from 180f to 456f base duration, 902 maximum duration. Starts instantly from bite hit. While buff, gatling tree is massively opened up for all ground and air normals. Effect does not end on normal hit.

Helter Skelter Now bound to D.

Its Late Can now be performed without using Under Pressure first by pressing H during dandy step. Recovery lowered from 10f to 9f. Proration adjusted from 90% to 80%.

Undertow Attack level lowered from level 4 to level 2 when blocked, though remains Level 4 on hit. Wall bounces on hit. Reduced startup from 39f to 23f. Is not a high, no longer unblockable. Raised active frames from 1f to 5f. Reduced recovery from 22f to 18f. Initial proration adjusted from 70% to 60%.

Mappa Hunch (P) Total Untech time set to 24f

Mappa Hunch (K) Increased total Untech time from 24f to 28f.

Footloose Journey Pressing down at any point during the move will alter Slayers vertical trajectory and causes the move to drag down the opponent 11,000 on hit.

Overdrives:

Dead on Time - Raised damage from 140 to 150.

Dead on Time (Burst) - Raised damage from 175 to 185.

Eternal Wings - Now wallsticks for 54 frames.

Straight Down Dandy - Raised damage from (100 [200]) to (105 [200]). Adjusted Forced Proration from 80% to 90%.

Force Breaks:

FB Pilebunker (6P after Dandy Step or Under Pressure) A fast, enhanced version of Pilebunker that leads to high reward.

FB Big Bang Upper (236D) Slayer dashes forwards and punches upwards, sending the opponent flying on hit! It has 200f of total untech time on hit, 85% initial proration and a 10f startup.

FB Noontide Eclipse (214D) Slayer rises with a flip kick before sending the opponent flying with an aerial pilebunker, causing a wall bounce and allowing for followups.
