System Changes:

Zer0 Cancel All characters can now press any two (2) of P/K/S to air dash or cancel out of a normal into an air dash!

Force Break (FB) A powerful move that consumes 25% tension to unleash a devastating special ability!

Aerial Dead Angle An aerial version of Dead Angle! Press forward and any two buttons while blocking in the air to perform an attack that will send the oppoent flying back!

Defense Modifier Decreased from 1.10 to 1.00.

Initial Dash Speed Raised from 5,250 to 6,250.

Dead Angle Replace animation and hitbox/hurtbox with a new, slightly modified animation based on 5K.

Normals:

2P Lowered startup from 6f to 5f. Damage raised from 8 to 10.

6P Jump Cancelable.

2K Damage raised from 12 to 15. Proration increased from 80% to 85%.

5K Gatlings into 6H at 3+ Excitement.

2S Startup lowered from 9f to 8f.

c.S Untech time increased by 20f.

f.S Startup lowered from 10f to 9f. Attack level increased to 3 at 3+ Excitement.

2H Gatlings into 6H.

5H Gatlings into 6H.

6H Move Overhauled.

Only able to Zero Cancel on hit.

Reduced pull back on startup from 28,000 to 8,000.

Reduced how far Raven rises during startup from 21,500 to 20,500.

Reduced Popup from 25,000 to 15,000.

Gatlings into j.P, j.K, j.S, j.H, and j.D

Added Forced 50% Proration.

At 3+ Excitement, Force Proration increased to 70%, startup reduced from 20f to 17f.

At 6+ Excitement, Forced Proration increased to 80%, startup reduced from 17f to 14f.

At 9+ Excitement, Inreases Popup from 15,000 to 25,000, Forced Proation increased to 100%.

j.P Damage increased from 10 to 12.

j.K Gatlings into J.K.

j.2K Attack level increased to 3 at 3+ Excitement also Forces crouch on grounded Counter Hit . Attack Level 4 at 6+ Excitement.

j.S Gatlings into J.K.

Specials:

Grausam Impuls 20f of additional tumble at 6+ Excitement.

Air Grausam Impuls Pushes opponent back further on Counter, increased from 18,000 to 24,000. Untech time increased from 44f to 47f, further increased to 50f at 6+ Excitement.

Overdrives:

Getreuer - Damage raised from (10,5x0~50, 100) to (10,5x0~50, 110)

Getreuer (Burst) - (12,6x0~50,125) to (12,6x0~50,135).

Verzweifelt (Ground & Air) - Level 1: Damage Raised from (70, 10x2) to (75, 10x2). Grants 6 excitement on hit.

Force Breaks:

Excitement Cost-Whenever Raven uses a Force Break that deals damage, he loses or gains excitement based on how much excitement he currently has. If Raven has less than 3 excitement, Raven gains 2 excitement. If Raven has between 3 and 5 excitement, Raven loses 1 excitement. If Raven has between 6-8 excitement, Raven loses 2 excitement. At 9+ excitement, Raven loses 3 excitement.

FB Desdrehung (236D) Raven jets forwards, slicing everything in his short path as he spins, sending the opponent high on hit.

FB Grausam Impuls (j.236D) Raven unleashes a fast version of Grausam Impuls that catapults the opponent across the screen. The attack becomes significantly more powerful at higher levels of excitement. When Raven has between 3-5 excitement, the move throws the opponent back further on hit and causes a wallbounce. At 6+ excitement, the move causes the opponent to wallstick.

FB Teufelskreis (214D) Raven teleports across the screen. Startup and recovery slightly improve as Excitement rises.
