Reduced general tension gain on startup from 40 to 20. Added 90% forced proration. Reduced untech time from 24f to 22f.

Sultry Performance (S) Attack Level increased from 2 to 3. Adjusted proration from 70% to 80%.

Force Breaks:

FB Sultry Performance (j.236D) INO launches herself forwards at an upwards angle. Can be canceled at any time by pressing p/k/s or h. The move has a proration of 130% meaning it causes followups to it to deal more damage!

FB Antidepressant Scale (j.214D) INO conjures two projectiles that she controls the trajectory of.

FB Chemical Love (Grounded Horizontal Chemical Love>214D) A fast followup to grounded HCL that groundbounces on hit.
