Defense Modifier Decreased from 1.06 to 0.96.
Stun Resist Increased from 50 to 55.
Initial Dash Speed Raised from 19,250 to 20,250.

5P Increased the number of active frames from 2f to 4f. Lowered the number of recovery frames from 12f to 10f.
6P Lowered startup from 10f to 9f. Functions like sol 6p on air hit.
2K Initial proration adjusted from 70% to 80%.
5K Increased the number of active frames from 4f to 6f. Lowered the number of recovery frames from 14f to 12f.
2S Increased the number of active frames from 4f to 6f. Attack level increased from 2 to 3.
f.S Altered active hurtbox to make Dizzy less vulnerable during the active frames.
4S Gatlings into 6H.
5H Startup lowered from 13f to 11f.
2D Startup lowered from 12f to 11f. Increased the number of active frames from 3f to 5D Startup lowered from 33f to 31f.

Imperial Ray (Burst) - Raised Damage from (43x70) to (46x7).
Force Breaks:
FB Awa (236D) Dizzy summons forth both a fire and a water bubble.
FB Sakana (j.236D) Necro unleashes a gout of flame downwards, giving dizzy a hard knockdown
FB Kinomi (421D) Necro quickly launches a ball of flame across the screen, the trajectory of which slightly tracks the opponent.
